These answers are written for the public site. Policies can be refined before the registration and payment phases go live.
Who can register?
Afsah Institute offers programs for adults, youth, men, women, and children depending on the course. Each program page lists the intended audience.
Are men’s and women’s classes separate?
Yes, Afsah supports separate men’s and women’s learning options where appropriate.
Can beginners join?
Yes. Elementary Arabic is designed for beginners, and private tutoring can be adjusted to a student’s level.
Do you offer private tutoring?
Yes. Private Arabic and private Qur’an/Hifdh tutoring are available with flexible scheduling.
Do you offer Qur’an and Hifdh?
Yes. Afsah includes Qur’an/Hifdh programs and private Qur’an/Hifdh tutoring.
How does payment work?
Stripe sandbox checkout will be added in the next build phase. Once enabled, students will pay online after registration.
What happens if a course is full?
Full courses will route students to the waitlist once registration is connected.
Are online classes available?
Some programs are online or hybrid. Each course card lists its modality.
Are recordings available?
This depends on the course and teacher policy. The admin dashboard can later store this as a course setting.
What if I miss a class?
Students should contact their teacher or admissions. Make-up policies may differ by program.
Are scholarships available?
Scholarship or financial aid details can be added later through admissions and admin settings.
