Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment in Afsah Institute programs. By applying, paying tuition, or attending a class, you agree to them.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Afsah Institute (“Afsah”, “we”, “us”). If you are registering a student under 18, you accept these Terms on that student’s behalf as their parent or legal guardian and are responsible for their compliance. If you do not accept these Terms, do not apply for or attend our programs.

2. Applications, placement, and seats

  • Submitting an application does not by itself guarantee a seat. Enrolment is confirmed only once payment has been received or admissions has confirmed your place in writing.
  • Afsah may assess a student's level and recommend a different program where the one selected is not a suitable fit.
  • Where a course is full, closed, or not yet open, applicants are added to a waitlist. A waitlist place carries no charge and no guarantee of a seat.
  • Seats are allocated in the order enrolment is completed.

3. Accounts and access

Dashboard access is granted through a one-time link emailed to your address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

4. Tuition and payment

  • Tuition is stated on each program page in US dollars and is due in full before a seat is confirmed, unless admissions has agreed alternative arrangements in writing.
  • Card payments are handled by Stripe. By paying you also accept Stripe's terms.
  • Where a program is priced per session, that price applies to each scheduled session, whether or not the student attends.
  • Afsah may change tuition for future cohorts. A price change never affects a cohort you have already paid for.
  • Where payment fails or is reversed, the seat is not confirmed and may be released to another applicant.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Attendance and conduct

Our programs depend on consistent attendance, preparation, and adab. Students and, where applicable, their guardians agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually and complete assigned review.
  • Conduct themselves respectfully towards teachers and fellow students at all times, in class and in any associated group or channel.
  • Follow reasonable instructions given by teachers and administrators.
  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour.

Afsah may issue a warning, suspend, or remove a student whose conduct materially disrupts a class or harms another participant. Removal for serious misconduct does not entitle the student to a refund.

6. Recording, photography, and likeness

Classes must never be photographed, recorded, or streamed.

Students, guardians, and any other person present are strictly prohibited from photographing, filming, screen recording, screenshotting, live-streaming, or otherwise capturing any part of a class, whether it is held online or in person, and whether the capture is of video, audio, or a still image.

Members of our faculty observe niqab. They do not consent to the capture, reproduction, storage, transmission, or publication of their image or voice in any medium, for any purpose, including private or personal use. This is a matter of religious observance and personal dignity and is not subject to waiver by any student, guardian, or third party.

Any recording or image made in breach of this section must be deleted immediately on request and must not be shared, uploaded, forwarded, or retained. Breach of this section is grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund, and Afsah reserves all further remedies available to it and to the individual whose likeness or voice was captured.

Afsah does not photograph or record its own classes and will not ask any student or teacher to consent to being photographed or recorded. Where a teacher chooses to share written or audio material for study purposes, that material remains subject to section 7.

7. Course materials and intellectual property

All curricula, worksheets, recordings, handouts, and other materials provided by Afsah remain the property of Afsah or its licensors. They are supplied for the personal study of the enrolled student only. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, or use them to teach others without our prior written permission. The website, its design, text, and the Afsah name and logo are likewise protected.

8. Scheduling and changes by Afsah

Schedules, teacher assignments, cohort start dates, and delivery format may change. We will give as much notice as is reasonably possible. If Afsah cancels a program outright, enrolled students receive a full refund of tuition paid for that program, as set out in the Refund Policy. A change of teacher, schedule, or format is not itself a cancellation.

9. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or another person's information.
  • Attempt to gain access to accounts, records, or systems you are not authorised to use.
  • Use automated tools to submit forms, scrape content, or place load on our systems.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the site.

10. Privacy

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

Afsah delivers its programs with care and by qualified instructors, but does not warrant any particular academic result, rate of progress, memorisation outcome, or level of proficiency. The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afsah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising out of your use of this website or participation in a program. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to a program is limited to the amount of tuition you actually paid for that program. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or to a program where these Terms are breached, where tuition remains unpaid, or where continued participation would be harmful to other students or staff. You may withdraw at any time; what you receive back is governed by the Refund Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be emailed to enrolled students and guardians. Continuing to use the site or attend a program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to admissions@afsah.institute or by post to Afsah Institute, [street address], [city], [state] [ZIP].
